1. RATES: Rates are per person per night sharing (except for Woodbury Manor)

4. SINGLE SUPPLEMENT:
5. INCLUSIONS: Accommodation, meals and 2 game drives per day
6. EXCLUSIONS: All drinks, transfers, telephone calls, laundry and any items of a personal nature
7. AIRPORT TRANSFERS: Available at additional cost.
8. CHILD POLICY:
- Children 0-2yrs (no charge) may share a room with parents at our child friendly lodges with no supplement charge for the use of a cot.
- Children 3-11yrs (50% of adult sharing rate) may share selected rooms with parents at our child friendly lodges
- Children staying in a room by themselves will be charged the full adult rates

- Bukela & Bush Lodge 12+ yrs welcome
- Hlosi All ages welcome (Children’s Programme)
- Induli Lodge 6+ yrs welcome (Under 6 by arrangement only)
- HillsNek 9+ years welcome
- Safari Lodge 9+ years welcome
- Woodbury Lodge 6+ yrs welcome
- Leeuwenbosch All ages welcome
- Woodbury Tented Camp 6+ yrs welcome
- Quatermain’s Camp 12+ yrs welcome
- Woodbury Manor 6+ yrs welcome
10. GAME DRIVE POLICY:
- Children 6 yrs and over will automatically be included in game drive activities
- Children 5 yrs and younger will only be included subject to specific lodge policy. Alternatively, a private game vehicle can be booked at an additional cost at Hlosi & Leeuwenbosch at an additional cost, subject to availability during time of stay
- Bukela, Hillsnek & Safari offer private vehicles on request, subject to availability at an additional cost
11. TRIPLE OCCUPANCY:
A person 12yrs and older may share with 2 adults at selected lodges, the full sharing adult rate will apply for the third person. Amakhala Game Reserve retains the right to amend terms without prior notice.
12. PAYMENT POLICY:
In Full 30 Days prior to arrival, unless the supplier has an authorised 30-day account facility with the Amakhala Game Reserve.
13. GUIDE & DRIVER POLICY:
A guide or driver staying in lodge rooms will be charged the applicable single/sharing rates.
14. STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY: Current to 31 August 2025:
Bukela, Bush Lodge, Hlosi, Safari Lodge Woodbury Lodge, Leeuwenbosch, Woodbury tented Camp & Quatermain’s Camp:
- 29-15 days prior to arrival: 25%
- 14-03 days prior to arrival: 50%
- 48 hours prior to arrival: 80%
- No show: 100%

15. All rates are in South African Rands and include 15% VAT
16. No Tourism Levies are charged at present
17. All guests are required to sign an indemnity form on arrival
18. The Amakhala Game Reserve retains the right to admit any guest/s and furthermore retains the right to remove any guest whose behaviour impacts negatively on other guests and / or staff.
